In-service training

In states where the agency delivers its own in-service training (like Missouri's in-home services program), AideReady is a tool your agency uses to deliver and document that training. Each file prints a cover sheet quoting your state's actual rule, so you can see which hours and topics your records document against it — but whether that satisfies the full requirement is the agency's determination. In states that require state-approved vendors for specific certifications, we tell you so up front.

Keep them — hands-on skills belong in person. Log her sessions in AideReady and those hours join the same ledger and the same printable file. The modules cover the months in between and the caregivers who missed the meeting.

Every module ships in plain Spanish alongside plain English — the caregiver flips between them with one tap. Both are written in short sentences at a 5th–6th grade reading level.

They're yours. Every certificate is a standalone PDF anyone can verify at a public link, and every training file prints or saves to PDF any day you like — not just when you leave. We never delete completed training records.

We store names, completions, and certificates — no client or patient data, no medical records, no wage data. Gap reports run in memory and are never stored.
