AideReady provides training content and documentation tools for home care and senior care agencies. Your agency remains the training provider of record. AideReady does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice; requirement summaries and citations are provided for convenience and must be confirmed with your state regulator or counsel. Requirement citations shown in the product and on printed files are reference text only and may not reflect the requirements that apply to your specific program type or the current regulation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Trials are free and require no card. We may suspend accounts for abuse, including content scraping or resale of module content.
Completed training records (completions, signatures, certificates) belong to your agency. You may print and export them at any time, including after cancellation. We do not delete completed training records on cancellation.
Module content is licensed to your agency for training your own staff while subscribed. It may not be copied, redistributed, or resold outside your agency. Served content carries an invisible per-agency watermark.
Caregiver completions are signed by typed name with an attestation checkbox, recorded with a timestamp. Your agency is responsible for ensuring e-signed records meet its program requirements.
AideReady sends SMS text messages to caregivers whose agency administrator has enrolled them for training notifications. Messages contain training assignment notifications and a personal training link. Message frequency varies and is typically one to two messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@aideready.care. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see our Privacy Policy at https://aideready.care/privacy for how we handle your information.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AideReady's liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months before a claim. AideReady is not liable for survey outcomes, citations, or legal claims arising from your agency's operations.
